The apartment building is a five-section sectional with 6 above-ground floors, basement. It consists of one building system and is free-standing, integrated into the development of multifunctional buildings in the central urban zone of the city of Trnava. The project was developed in 2018; implementation took place in the summer of 2020.

In its original state, the building fully complemented the terraced buildings in the central city zone of Trnava with its architectural design. When designing the renovation, care was taken to preserve the architecture in terms of the physical appearance of the building, as well as the color and structure of the surface treatment of the facade. ETICS renovation of the entire façade area (app. 6,200 m²) played a key role. Together with complementing measures the energy efficiency of the building could remarkably be improves by 43% – from primary energy demand 97.57 kWh/m²/year (class B) to 55.14 kWh/m²/year (class A1). Furthermore, the refurbishment helped extending the lifespan of the existing building stock and increasing the standard of living or use of the premises of the building.
