6th European ETICS Forum 2022

Renovation wave: ETICS for Energy Efficiency!

This is the motto of EAE’s next high-level ETICS conference – back on stage! The 6th European ETICS Forum 2022 will take place on Thursday, 19 May 2022 in Prague/Czech Republic (08:30 – 16:30 CEST).
The one-day-conference will be held live in OREA Hotel Pyramida. It is located in Prague’s Strahov district, just a few minutes’ walk from the Strahov Monastery, Loreta, Prague Castle, and Lesser Town.
This website will be permanently updated to keep you informed. The conference language will be English. Simultaneous translation to Czech will be provided. The following speeches have already been confirmed.

Registration open!

Registrations to our 6th European ETICS Forum 2022 are open. The conference is held and organized by EAE with the support of the agency Contour, s.r.o. which takes care of the registration, payment procedures, technical support and all organizational aspects with the conference hotel. For this reason, your data necessary for the registration and to inform you about news related to the event will be stored and shared with both EAE and the agency.

For the 6th European ETICS Forum 2022 the EAE will respect all Covid-19 safety measures as required by Czech and local authorities at the date of the event. EAE might establish higher standards (e. g. limit the capacity) to safeguard participants. We will keep registered participants informed via email about the safety measures that will finally apply in advance. Please, be aware that the situation might change without EAE having any influence. We will take care to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Ticket price:

EAE members (including member associations): € 160.00 (registration after 19 April 2022: € 185.00)
Non-members: € 185.00 (registration after 19 April 2022: € 210.00)
Invited guests: € 0.00
Speakers: € 0.00
Online: € 90.00 (live streaming)

The ticket price includes catering (snacks & lunch) and beverages as served in the conference area; this does not apply in case of online participation.

Cancellation conditions:

Refund in case of cancellation before 11 April 2022: 90%
Refund in case of cancellation between 11 April and 9 Mai 2022: 60%
Refund in case of cancellation from 10 May 2022 or no-show: 0%


During the 6th European ETICS Forum 2022 pictures will be taken and probably the event or parts of it will be recorded. Both might be made available publicly for EAE’s communication purposes. Participants and speakers agree to these conditions with their registration.

Hotel rooms:

During the registration process you have the possibility to book a hotel room at the conference hotel for you and companions as far as capacities are available.

Evening event (EAE members only):

After the conference we offer an exclusive evening event for EAE members and invited guests with guided tour & joint dinner. You may register yourself and your companion. An extra charge of € 80.00 will apply per person.

EAE General Meeting 20th May 2022 (EAE members only):

EAE members, please do not forget to register for the EAE General Meeting the day after the conference to organize the meeting in parallel.

Final remarks:

In the unlikely event that the conference cannot be held as planned, we will find adequate alternatives to the best of our abilities (e. g. postponement or online event). Registered participants will immediately be informed once the decision has been taken.
